Finding a car garage that you can fully trust isn't an easy thing to do so I'm so glad to have found Oxford Garage. Yes you might be able to initially save a little going to some other garages but if you value your car and the safety of the people in it, so want work done properly, with high quality parts that will last years and likely save money in the long run then you need a garage like this one. Kieron is always extremely professional and really goes out of his way to make what for a lot of people is a daunting experience, very easy - explaining what is wrong and being honest when things do not currently need fixing but to be aware of it in say that the next year. Something you would never get at the main dealers(stealers)! Wherever he can help, he will - late last week I found an issue with my partners car which was typical as she was due to drive up to Glasgow today. Although he was booked up all week (always a great indication of the quality of the garages work!) he offered to miss having his own car serviced on the Saturday morning so he could get us sorted and we had the car fixed before lunchtime! Thanks again for yours and the rest of the teams great work!

I have dealt with this garage for years, I once owned an Audi A6 and they were more than fair about that as I returned that to the different place I brought it from due to their genuine, honest expertise and advice saying the oil pump had gone. Kieron goes out of his way to make regular contact throughout what is a stressful period for me, as we speak my car is being serviced with descent Brembo Pads, oil filter etc. Kieron and his dad are fair, they are honest about how much something is going to cost and explain in detail why they are doing what their doing. The courtesy cars are clean unlike the main stealers/dealers who I brought this car from, main stealers leave no fuel in their courtesy cars whereas this garage always gets it right. Another car I had was my Honda Accord, again these guys properly serviced that and genuinely clean up the brakes every time. I don't ever experience the slap dash attitude of some mechanics or garages which is why I travel from Darlington to Hurworth. If the price is slightly higher I know that what I'm paying for is genuinely needed. A backstreet garage may charge less but will be brutal with your car. If you like your car, if your a petrol head like me, if you believe in value for money then with these guys you can't go wrong.

HI Kieron and all concerned what a wonderful man kieron was on delivering my skoda car 250 miles away from his garage then returning with the part exhange veichle. same day. being 80 Ive had several and I mean several cars in my life and dealt with numerous sales people and with out a doubt hes the best in fact i just cant enough about the man. It was a pleasure from start to finish dealing with him. We sold our car through Motorway and Oxford Garage bought it. Absolutely first class service. Kieron Snr kept us updated all through the process, from confirming the sale, having the car collected from our doorstep (160 miles away from them) to crediting our account within 5 minutes of the car being collected. This is an extremely professional and friendly company. We would not hesitate to recommend them, in fact may be visiting them soon to look for a little run around for our daughter. I bought a Golf from Oxford garage, because of their long history and excellent reputation, from the first contact to driving away I had excellent service, the car is great and has obviously been selected as a good car. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they brought forward the delivery and even picked me up to collect it. They went above and beyond my expectation. Due to a new adventure I recently sold my 60k porsche which I bought new from Porsche teesside, Quite honestly whilst a totally different prospect, I believe the customer service and product knowledge was better at Oxford Garage.. but the coffee was better at Porsche.

Generations of my family have used this garage over many years. Kieron ensures a very high standard of work and customer service. My car has been serviced and maintained here, plus they also sourced a small car for my daughter, which was perfect. Kieron ensured everything was checked and completed on the car and offered great warranty for the car. When we needed to use the warranty there were no issues at all and the car was repaired within 2 days, amazing service. We couldn't have asked for more and will continue to return to the garage, with full reassurance that we will receive the high standard of customer service, great value for money and quality work.

After a month of search for a car the right spec at the right price. I enquired about a vehicle that was for sale at Oxford garage. I spoke with Kieron senior on three occasions, who I believe is the owner. The level of knowledge and help was second to none, I was so impressed with the willingness to answer any of my questions and provide videos of key features of the VW passat I was interested in. I was going to buy the car but didn't buy any vehicle in the end as I remained in company car scheme, but the level of help was great. I will be calling them when I need another car. I run a business and service matters.
